A friend told me about this old talk by President Spencer W Kimball and it was exactly what I needed to read this morning. Maybe you've already seen it, but perhaps you'd like to be reminded of it? Anyway, it was delicious to me.

self-mastery. sigh. working on it. Service? Anyone need a pedicure? Really though, it's true that I tend to limit what I offer in service until I'm pushed forward to a new level, and then realize I can almost always handle a lot more than I thought I could. That doesn't happen with all of my endeavors, but with service it always works out.
I used to love listening to President Kimball. Brings back some wonderful memories.
